How does your billing work? Is it secure?
You presently have four options:
If you subscribe over the internet (the most popular way), you have the choice of being automatically rebilled or subscribing for a single month without auto-rebilling.
If you subscribe by snail mail, your subscription will expire at the end of one month, three months or six months, depending on which option you've chosen.
All of the credit card transactions are done on a secure server.
When everything else fails, e-mail Clell and I'll do my best to set something up.
How do I cancel?
To cancel an auto-renewing credit card (via CCBill) subscription, simply click here and follow the instructions to CANCEL.
To cancel an auto-renewing PayPal subscription, go to the PayPal page, click on "Unsubscribe" and follow the instructions.
If you signed up for a one-month non-auto-renewing, paid by PayPal for one, three or six months non-auto-renewing or by snail mail, you don't need to do anything - your subscription will expire at the end of your paid period.

How often do you update, and what's in each update?
The site is updated every week, with the update available on Friday (in North America). Each week there will be a brand new photo set. A new video clip is added every month, and new stories are added as they become available.
Can I download the pictures from the Member's Area?
Members can download all the pictures they want. Some sites disable "right clicking" to download any images, but I feel that members should be able to save their favorite shots. So long as you don't post them somewhere else, everything is fine. It's kind of like major league baseball. You can video tape a game off of TV, but you can't reproduce, rebroadcast, or repost without the expressed written consent of Major Lea . . . er, Rene Revisited.
There's a gallery that's titled "Part 1," but I can't find "Part 2."
I've tried to keep all the galleries roughly the same size, which meant breaking some of her major photo shoots into two or more sets. All the parts will be posted in order, but not necessarily one immediately after the other. For the sake of variety, I may post, say "Part 1" from a farm shoot, and a month later post "Part 2." This way, if someone doesn't like farm pictures (who doesn't like farm pictures?) then they won't have to wait two or three weeks before seeing something different. This may change, based on the feedback I get.
The numbers for the sets don't seem to make any sense.
That's a whole 'nother can of worms. (That phrase will be strange for the people who translate this page into another language!) There's a whole page devoted to trying to explain the numbering system: Numbers
Can I send a gift or a card to Rene?
Yes. Rene doesn't give out her home address, but you can send things to the studio and I guarantee that she'll get them. (I don't even open them and peek inside first.) You can send things to:

I've mainly been busy with scanning photos and getting the website up and running, but we plan to some full length videos available in the future. As you'll see from the video clips page, Rene has also done a great deal of video work, so it's just a matter of deciding what to use and then spending a thousand hours editing it! Those will be on the "Store" page. We also plan on picking out some of Rene's most popular shots, getting 8x10 photographic prints made and having Rene personalize and autograph them.
